I have no one to turn to and no one to help me out. If you could help please contact me. I never thought I would have to do this. I know that one day I will help someone in return. Happy holidays!
Single Dad
I really don't like the whole idea of asking for any kind of help from anyone, but I don't have a whole lot of options. My son and I live in Lee's Summit. He's still under the impression that Christmas gifts are made @ the "elf's workshop". I was in a auto accident on August 30th this year. I had a school bus pull out in front of me on my way home from work. My car was totaled. I was recently discharged from physical therapy after 5 weeks. I have a real hard time with my neck and my back still. I didn't carry full coverage auto insurance, or medical insurance. I have been painting houses for about seven years and remodeling them for the last year or so. Needless to say, life in general has been a real challenge getting back on my feet. I've had to pay all my own medical expenses up front(even though the accident was deemed not my fault). I lost my job, and I haven't exactly had the best luck finding another job where I can kind of pace myself a little more than my usual eight hour days. I'm not sure what good if any placing this ad will do, but I have to put it in God's hands as we all must do at some point for whatever reason. I'm obviously worried that I've just about completely ran out of time to try to get any work by Christmas. My son is 6 years old and he's sharp as a tack. I'm very proud of my little man. I wish there was a lot more I could do for him this year. If there's anyone out there who can help in any way...PLEASE contact me
