  • any new or used paints, including latex-based paints, oil based paints, stains, varnish, and primers as well as cleaning solvents and other associated products
  • any yard wastes, which have been moved or gathered by a person
  • any wastewater from commercial floor, rug or carpet cleaning
  • any stormwater runoff, wash down stormwater or waste from any animal pen, kennel, fowl or livestock containment area or any pet wastes
  • any filter backwash from a swimming pool or fountain with exceptions depending on the city or county
  • any waste from a car wash or commercial vehicle repair facility

This will give yourself a boost of confidence and accomplishment.
  • Take a break every now and then. Give your body and mind a break. You should be able to concentrate more after it.
  • Prepare for criticism! People often have differences of opinions. Sometimes being criticized stresses one out. Don't be.
  • Compromise when needed. Be prepared to compromise your way of thinking and doing things. Meet others half way.
  • Competition can cause severe stress. Some people thrive in a very competitive environment. Some people fall over left and right under pressure. Which type are you? If you are adversely affected by pressure and competition, avoid as much of them as possible.
  • Anger management helps reduce stress level. Allow yourself time to cool down to avoid doing things you regret.
  • Therapeutic conversations. When feeling down, sometimes talking it out with friends or family help release that tension. Usually they will provide support and guidance in your time of need. Let other people help you. However, if you are already feeling stressed out, stay away from those relatives who would only bring more negativity into your life.
